Mediterranean Olive Tapenade

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup truffle infused olives
2 tbsp capers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Black Truffle olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2-3 anchovies (optional)
METHOD
1. Blend the Tapenade: In a food processor, combine the olives, capers, garlic, and anchovies (if using). Pulse until coarsely chopped.
2. Add Oil and Lemon: Add olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture and pulse until smooth.
3. Finish and Serve: Transfer the tapenade to a bowl, stir in fresh parsley, and serve with crackers or toasted bread.
