Chicken with Olive Tapenade

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup truffle olives
2 tbsp White Truffle olive oil
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
- Add Tapenade: Spread the olive tapenade over the top of each chicken breast and drizzle with white wine (if using). Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a side of roasted vegetables.
