Creamy avocado, toasted bread, and a sprinkle of smoky, spicy Manuka smoked chili salt create a savory, satisfying breakfast or snack that’s packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick bite or a wholesome start to your day!
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices whole grain brea1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt
A squeeze of lemon juice
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
METHOD:
1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
2. Mash the avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice.
3. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread.
4. Sprinkle with Manuka smoked chilli salt and chili flakes if desired.
5. Serve immediately.
