Manuka Smoked Olives go great on a platter, but have you ever thought of Baked Cheesy Olive Bread?

Using some of our Manuka Smoked Olives, Foodie Table NZ whipped up this gourmet creation. Follow the recipe below to make this delicious treat for yourself!

INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced⠀
½ cup Manuka Smoked Olives⠀
113g butter, room temperature⠀
½ cup mayonnaise⠀
1 tablespoon rosemary, roughly chopped⠀
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated⠀
Red pepper flakes⠀
Sundried tomatoes⠀

METHOD:

1. Heat oven to 160C°. Roughly chop olives.⠀
2. Combine butter, mayonnaise, parmesan and olives in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined.⠀
3. Spread mixture thickly onto the bread. Sprinkle more parmesan on top.⠀
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browning.⠀
5. Let cool down, garnish with chopped rosemary, chilli flakes & sundried tomatoes⠀
*Mixture can be made in advance and refrigerated for up to two days.
